Installation Procedure
- Place the machine on a firm and level surface.
- Ensure there is sufficient space around the machine for safe operation and maintenance.
- Connect the power supply according to the specified electrical requirements.
- After assembling the machine, verify that the machine height is maintained correctly.
- Using a measuring tape, measure the height of the length patti from the floor at both ends.
- The measurements at both ends must be equal. If they are not the same, the machine may not operate properly and can cause frequent double cutting.
- Always complete these checks before starting production.
Centre Alignment Check
Check that the machine is properly aligned at the centre from:
Left to Right
Top to Bottom
Important: Centre alignment is extremely important for smooth machine operation. Improper alignment can affect cutting accuracy, machine performance, and production output.
